Congolese Innovation Spotlighted in Japan

🇨🇩 DRC-JAPAN Week June 2025 🇯🇵 As part of the 2025 Independence Week, TRAPIDE had the honor of being received in audience by Prime Minister Judith Suminwa, who was on an official mission to Japan, accompanied by the Congolese delegation.

Building a Tech Bridge Between Japan and the DRC.

TRAPIDE’s CEO, Freddy Kankolongo, together with the CEO of Solafune Inc., presented their joint initiatives in satellite technology and artificial intelligence. The Prime Minister expressed her pride in seeing young Congolese professionals actively building a technological bridge between Japan 🇯🇵 and the DRC 🇨🇩, through their expertise and vision. On June 28, 2025, during the DRC–Japan Investment Forum organized by ANAPI in Osaka, we also engaged in productive discussions with several members of the Congolese government—particularly His Excellency Mr. Louis Watum Kabamba, Minister of Industry—on the strategic role of emerging technologies in the country’s industrial development.

The road ahead is still long, but our determination remains strong, and the work continues. The future is being built with courage, skill, and collaboration.
