TRAPIDE CEO Inspiring Youth Through Japan–DRC Exchange

Freddy Kankolongo Cisuaka, CEO of TRAPIDE Co., Ltd., recently participated in a cultural exchange activity at an elementary school in Minakami, engaging directly with local children through discussions on daily life, culture, and sports in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

During the session, students were introduced to the realities of life in the DRC, with particular emphasis on the role of sports—especially basketball as a tool for youth development, discipline, and community building. The interactive discussion encouraged curiosity, open dialogue, and mutual understanding between Japan and Africa.
